Wayco Cabanyal occupies a five-storey building at Carrer de Marià Cuber 17, in Valencia's old fishing quarter of El Cabanyal. It has 2,800 m², around 250 desks, a large inner courtyard and two terraces overlooking the Poblados Marítimos and the port. The Marítim Serrería metro (lines 5 and 7) and tram (6 and 8) stop is nearby.

It offers flexible and dedicated desks, offices for teams of 8 to 40 people, meeting rooms, video-call booths, a kitchen, a rooftop café, bike parking, a virtual office and event spaces.

According to their website, as of October 2026, excluding VAT: day pass 30 €, 5 days a month 90 €, 10 days a month 185 €, unlimited use 235 €, dedicated desk 280 € and dedicated desk with standing desk 330 € per month.
