T11_Espacio Creativo is a cooperative project housed in two halls of the former Fernández y Roche hat factory, a protected 19th-century building in the north of Seville's old town, between Calle San Luis, Castellar and San Blas. It moved here from Triana in 2018.
The coworking area is an open hall of more than 250 m² under a pitched roof. It is shared by cooperatives, associations and freelancers in design, programming and journalism. Next to it is a carpentry workshop of more than 300 m², with a shared area for heavy machinery and an area with workbenches, aimed at woodworkers.
